India is taking a more active role in diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with Ukraine publicly describing New Delhi’s proposal as the “most comprehensive” among four initiatives currently under consideration.Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Kyiv is considering proposals from India, Türkiye, Egypt and the United States, and indicated that India has, for the first time, signalled its willingness to play a role in the peace process.
